BRIEF OVERVIEW

You play as a recruiter for a fantasy-tech corporation tasked with hiring a team from a pool of candidates. Core gameplay challenges you to analyze candidate resumes to find the right skills, while also spotting clues that reveal which applicants are the underqualified candidates. You must strategically balance meritocracy with office politics. Hiring "Nepo babies" pleases boss but risks project failure unless you pair them with high performing experts to carry the workload.

GAME FEATURE

• Resume Detective: Analyze vague technical requirements and match them to the lore resumes of many fantasy creature.
• Nepo Trap: Identify the one hidden in the applicant pool based on clues in your office background.
• Balancing Act: If you hire incompetent candidates then you better make sure the rest of the team is good enough to carry.
• Distinct Endings: Your combination of hires determines your fate. Will you get a raise, a warning, or termination?

TUTORIAL

1. Read the Brief: Boss wants specific skills and you have to analyze that first.
2. Analyze Resumes: Review profiles of the candidates and determine, do their skills match the job?
3. Make the call: Hire the pros to ensure the project, or you can also hire nepo babies to please boss, but of course you can still fail to balance both. Click the stamp you want to use, then select the resume you wanted to stamp. It will be permanently labeled as Approved or Denied based on your choice. But the stamp "Consider" is tentative.
